“Insadong is Korea’s best brand with 600 years of history”

Yoon Yong-cheol, chairman of the Insa Traditional Culture Preservation Committee, is leading the effort to ‘revive Insa-dong,’ saying, “Insa-dong is the best brand in Korea with 600 years of history.” Galleries have come together again for Insa-dong, where the charm of 'culture and art' flows. The Insa Art Festival, the 'Insa-dong Festival', has been revived and the 5th Insa Art Festival will be held from the 7th to the 13th.

Chairman Yoon said, “Insa-dong, the center of art and culture, is a living history museum and a mecca of modern art located in downtown Seoul.” He added, “This event was prepared to actively publicize Insa-dong galleries, which are lined with galleries that are members of the Korea Gallery Association, and to take a leap forward as a culture and arts district. “He explained. This year's Insa Art Festival will begin with an opening ceremony at the large-scale exhibition hall 'Ara Art' that opened last September, and will exhibit and sell 967 works in 32 galleries.
