2024 Hwarang Art Festival in Suwon
June 27-30, 2024 (Suwon Convention Center A57, Gallery Yoon) The '2024 Gallery Art Festival', which was held at COEX in Seoul in 2024, moved to Suwon and presented high-quality art works to Suwon citizens. A total of 95 galleries participated, and approximately 2,500 works by 600 artists were exhibited.
2024 Park Saeng-kwang Exhibition
The exhibition of the master of Oriental painting, “Park Saeng-gwang (1904-1985)” who reinterpreted Oriental painting in a modern way, was held in collaboration between Gallery Yoon, a specialist in modern art, and Dancheong, a specialist in ancient art, to bring together the works of Park Saeng-gwang and ancient art in one place, creating a place to bring out the authenticity and special aesthetic of the Korean Wave. 2024 Soseon Seo Young-seok Exhibition
In celebration of the year of Gapjin, the 'Year of the Blue Dragon', a total of 33 works by artist Soseon Seo Yeong-seok with the theme of blue dragons were exhibited. The exhibition title is "Yong, Yong Narsha" and the exhibition period is from January 15 to 28, 2024. Insadong's oldest gallery, Yoon Gallery, and a painter who has been a friend for 40 years have joined forces. Artist Soseon Seo Yeong-seok studied Western painting at Hongik University, but focused on Goguryeo tomb murals, which were the most proud of our people.
